Meditation for Balance

This meditation is designed to help you in the process of expanding your threefold flame by entering into deep reflection on the concepts summarized by Saint Germain and many other ascended masters. Repeating this and other meditations and exercises may help these concepts take root in your belief system and become a reality in your life. If you wish, you can play classical music in the background while doing this meditation.

1. Close your eyes. Go within and center your consciousness in your heart.

2. Take several deep breaths until you feel calm and centered.

3. Visualize the blue, yellow, and pink plumes within the secret chamber of your heart. See all three at the same height and in perfect balance.

4. Imagine your threefold flame beginning to spin clockwise, rotating faster and faster.

5. As the plumes spin, observe their colors blending into an iridescent, shimmering pearlescent light.

6. Visualize this iridescent light expanding more and more. Watch as it fills your chest cavity and expands to surround your entire body.

7. Harmonize your inner ear with the sound of this immense spiritual flame. Listen as its silent and steady vibration gradually intensifies, immersing you in the sound of its sacred fire.

8. Feel the light and sound of the flame in your heart, elevating your consciousness more and more until you connect with the universal sound of Om.

9. Chant the Om.

10. Gently bring your consciousness back to your heart.

11. Slowly open your eyes and take in your surroundings.

12. Write down your experiences in your journal. You can repeat this meditation as often as you wish to experience the expansion of your threefold flame. This will help you better recognize the wonderful power within you while emitting more light to your heart chakra.
